A survey of over 2,600 people was recently conducted in Malaysia, Thailand, Sweden and Norway to study the use of chat apps being used in people's daily life to communicate.  To no surprise Malaysia and Thailand have the highest users of over 81% as oppose to Sweden and Norway having 44% and 57%. 







  True that chat application does bring many benefit to us making it easier to communicate with our friends, but on the other side it also make face to face interaction much more awkward for some people and they might lose the skill to to be able to talk to other people without using these apps.
