Mobile applications are changing the way we shop, socialise and play. While this trend has helped created many business opportunity in Malaysia and many other countries in Asia, its disruption of social behaviour is undeniable therefore we must address this issue in order to fully capitalize on this innovative technology.

  

  Although these apps make things easier in our life, nothing beats the bond developed through face-to-face conversations.  Things such as eye contact and a hand shake can never be achieved through the use of mobile applications.
