There is plenty of social media applications used by businesses. For example like Twitter as a medium used by company to do advertisement. Twitter is fast where as you post anything to the internet, your follower will immediate receive the information. However, as Twitter is fast and if you carelessly post anything, your follower will notice it soon.

Malaysia Airlines apologizes for a promotion tweet and removed it after one of the follower give a feedback. They said it was intended to inspire travellers during this holiday period to explore destinations and deals. However, due to the incident of MH370 and MH17, people cannot accept what Malaysia Airlines had tweet.
