There are a lot of social media apps that can be downloaded for free such as Facebook, Twitter, Wechat and more. Despite they might have their negative sides, but these mobile social apps are actually very helpful and it allow the users to deliver messages to people all around the world by just tapping their smartphones. Why do I say so? We can see this in the example of the incident of Flight QZ8501.

Tony Fernandes has use twitter as a social platform to deliver his apologies and constantly updating the victim's family and the public with the latest information that they have. Besides that, he also tweeted some positive tweets to encourage the people to stay strong. With the twitter app on our smartphones, we are able to grasp the latest information in a short time.
